Dr. Jeremy Roger Mack, MD

I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Mack. I have seen him now for over 10 years, first twice weekly then once a week. I have always found him to be empathic, up to date on medications, quick to understand the problems presented, and caring. He has never fallen asleep. He has helped me and my family tremendously. He seems only to get better with age. I continue to get better and regain my self-esteem, self-worth, self-confidence and self-identity because of him. I recommend him without hesitation.

I'd recommend that any and all patients contemplating seeing Dr. Mack choose a different provider - he may have 50+ years of experience in psychiatry, but he's grossly out-of-touch with modern treatment / care, and he is unwilling to educate himself on recent developments / breakthroughs in mental health. Dr. Mack lacks energy, his disposition is the furthest thing from warm / welcoming, and he is technologically challenged. Requiring patients to meet with him weekly is strange / unorthodox, and he does not allow his patients to see any other mental health provider while under his care. Dr. Mack has never showed up for an appointment prepared / ready to pick up where things were left off from the prior session, and he is routinely 10-15 minutes late to his appointments (which are only 30 mins). Save yourself the time, money, headache, etc. and choose a different provider.

He's an attentive listener and astute.

I was very apprehensive about voicing my personal feelingss. However, his soft spoken calm demeaner quickly put me at ease. I am now looking forward to my follow up visit. I will comment further in the future.
