Dr. Jeremy J Miles, MD

First time meeting dr miles. I came to see him about the arthritis in both my hands. He took all the time that I needed to discuss my options for pain relief. He went over my ex rays with me and was extremely detailed in explaining everything with me. I chose to try injections of steroids first to see what kind of success I have with that. I was very pleased how I was treated by him. Very compassionate and caring about my pain.

Dr. Miles is absolutely the best!!!!!! From start to finish his level of professionalism , kind demeanor and exceptional skills are unparalleled. He is truly amazing. If I could give him 100 ??’s I would.

Dr. Jeremy Miles is a wonderful person and because of that, he is a great doctor...very professional and accessible; I had hand surgery 3 days ago and I am feeling better than I was expecting :) !!! so I believe I will be around sooner than later. He will answer any question/concern that you have, I felt that in his goals is to make his patients feel their best and be proactive after surgery....thanks Dr. Jeremy!!! Maria H.

Dr Miles fixed my broken thumb a few years back and fixed my carpal tunnel syndrome more recently. I'm a repeat customer because he's that good!

Dr. Miles is attentive and caring. He addressed all my concerns and explained his plan of care. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Mikes is always kind and informative. My husband and I have both had surgery with Dr. Miles and I would highly recommend him to everyone. He makes sure that his patients understand the procedures. I will be having another surgery by him soon. His office staff is amazing as well. always helpful and friendly.

I’m so pleased that I found my way to Dr. Miles. It was all by chance, since I needed to see a specialist right away after breaking my wrist/arm, and he happened to take my insurance. The initial consult was fast but thorough. He’s got a terrific, upbeat personality, but he’s completely focused on what he’s talking about at the same time. From the moment I met him, he made me feel confident that he knows what he is doing. Surgery at Rex in Cary was actually a breeze (that’s also due in part to the excellent anesthesiologist and RNs at Rex). It seemed like I was there one moment, saw Dr. Miles, waved hello and next I knew, I was home. I’m really impressed with the incision. It looked gruesome when I first saw it, but Dr. Mikes is a talented tailor! Maybe in the next stage of his career he’ll be creating custom designed clothing—the stitching was really amazing! It’s a slow but steady path to getting use of ny hand and arm back, but I also realize from Dr. Miles shoeing me, this… was not at all a clean break. It’s going to take a while and occupational therapy is a must. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Miles and that he fit me in so quickly. That’s really quite impressive whrn you think about it: I broke my wrist, found out I needed an orthopedic surgeon, and within a week, it was all said and done, and with such a busy, gifted surgeon. I’m fortunate, indeed. My only complaint is that Cary Ortho is a little hard to communicate with. Their phone system seems to need updating. The staff is wonderful, though, all very friendly and helpful.

Dr Miles was amazing. They were on time for my appointment, got me into the room right away, and everything about the visit was totally awesome. Would highly recommend Dr. Miles and this office.

Initially, I was dissapointed at the long 45 minute wait in the doctor's office (after waiting 15 minutes in the main lobby). He genuinely apologized, explaining that they were a bit shorthanded today and hemade sure to look at all my MRI films in careful detail. Dr. Miles never made me feel rushed. Now, I know that I'm in excellent hands. I was so impressed with his knowledge base, his calm demeanor and willingness to stay to answer all my questions. Rare to find someone who is both an excellent doctor and a good personality. I highly recommend him!

As a Nurse who has witnessed the excellent care provided by Dr. Miles to patients, I choose him as my Orthopedic Specialist after being injured in a MVA. After conservative treatment failed, I needed arthroscopic shoulder surgery. Dr. Miles is one of the most talented and gifted surgeons I’ve ever known with the added bonus of genuine compassion for his patients. There are not enough words to describe this amazing physician that delivers excellent care towards the recovery of his patients. I trust him with my own care and highly recommend Dr. Miles as being the absolute best of the best!!!
