Dr. Mirabile attended the University of Florida for his medical education and graduated from their Family Medicine Residency Program in 2005. He is especially interested in working with patients who suffer from mental health and substance use disorders.

Dr. Mirabile has experience in leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide high quality mental health and addiction treatment at all levels of care. Dr. Mirabile is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Addiction Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine. He has been recognized as a Fellow by the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP) and has been certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Now in private practice, Dr. Mirabile offers his expertise working in direct patient care, consulting, and education.

Dr. Mirabile is an excellent physician. He is patient and knowledgeable and is able to properly evaluate his patients while being compassionate. I have been visiting his office for a few years and have been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect from both him and his staff. I recommend him without reservation, and wish more physicians were like him.

In short, Dr. Mirabile and his office provided the means to save my life. I am eternally grateful for everything that RK provided me. The staff is professional and kind, but form when necessary. I would recommend Dr. Mirabile and his program for anyone who is really serious about recovery.

I have been to treatment before and I have never met anyone like Dr. Mirabile. I went to the evaluation and tried to manipulate the situation and Dr. Mirabile didn't buy into it and it was exactly what I needed. He changed my life along with his staff. I am forever grateful.

Dr. Mirabile is a very considerate intelligent Dr. with a compassionate and caring manor. I feel his talents are wasted in the clinic he works for. I am so glad he is finally moving on and deserves his own practice.

When I first met him I was concerned that he seemed so young. However, any worries I had were soon allayed because he is an excellent doctor. He jump started me into exercising and dieting for my better health. He also took the time to explain things to me. I wish him well, but I lost the best doctor I ever had. He will be missed, I hope he comes back.
