Dr. Rochester is a wonderful doctor and person. He is very competent, friendly, listens attentively, and calms any anxiety you may have. I recently came from Connecticut to have him perform my third colonoscopy in ten years. Thank you Dr. Rochester. Kathleen K.

Tried to make an appointment regarding pain in side, referred by primary care physician. Person answering phone couldn't stop talking for a split second to actually LISTEN to prospective patient, and even after I explained that I was hoping not to wait two full months in pain to be seen, she replied, "that is the best I can do unless someone cancels." And people wonder why our healthcare system sucks. It's not just insurance companies...

I have been a patient of Dr. Rochester's for 6 years. He returns calls within the business day, makes time to see me for urgent matters, and spends at least 20 minutes with me during office visits. He listens tentatively, answers my millions of questions, explains things thoroughly and makes sure I understand things properly. He genuinely cares about my well-being and is someone I trust. While hospitalized he visited me 3 times, had his associates check on me daily, and called me every day. He is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Rochester is a caring doctor. He answers all questions and gives you his undivided attention. He is very knowledgeable. he talked to me about options and explained this to me I didn't understand. These talks and his suggestions of medications have given me my life back.
