Dr. Jeremy Brian Rogers, MD

My appt. was for 2:30 on a Friday. Upon arrival I asked if the physician was on time, because the waiting area was packed with families and children. After looking over her computer she advised me that he was. I then waited for an hour before they called me back. I waited in the exam room for half an hour. At this point it was 4:00 PM on a Friday and I knew I would not be given the time I deserved, and I felt my time was not regarded, because nobody communicated anything to me during my hour and a half wait. I left the exam room and stood in line to get my copay refunded. The doctor then walked in the room and asked if I was in the bathroom. I stated from the line that I was getting a refund due to the complete disregard of my time. He shrugged his shoulders and walked into the next exam room. I will not give this practice my money. No communication, no regard for my time, and obviously not a care that I had to wait. Of course, the office manager was already gone for the day.

Office Staff- professional, kind and efficient Dr. Rogers' Medical Staff- cheerful, patient and comforting Dr. Rogers- Exactly the kind of Dr. I needed- considerate, kind, and one of the best OTO docs I've ever seen. Dr. Rogers answered all my questions. He was kind and courteous. I so appreciate his help!

All I have to say is keep up the great work!

I waited over an hour to spent very little time with the doctor and the same with a lady who did a hearing test. I was told the hearing test was an out of pocket expense not covered by my insurance and that I would need to pay $65. I got an explanation of benifits from my insurance which showed that the hearing test was covered and that the negotiated rate was much lower than I was charged. The insurance was also billed for a procedure I'm sure I did not have. They must have accidently mis billed my account because the EOB does not reflect my visit.
