Dr. Jeremy Paul Russell, MD

I was a patient of Dr, Russell's for a long while. I loved him. He was very smart and well educated. He took his time with me. He answered my questions and I never felt rushed. His office staff was the same. Always ready to help and kind. I saw a change in Dr. Russell. He became arrogant and smart, even to the point of being overbearing. The last time I saw him he hurt my feelings and made me cry. I asked the office staff that was in the room with me if he was okay and she asked me what I had heard and when I told her nothing, she abruptly ended the conversation. The next time I had an appointment, I called to ask about the time and was told that he had closed his practice and they could not refer me to anyone. That was one year ago this month. I have not been able to find another doctor since then. I am 76 years old and have several serious medical issues and no one to treat them. The rumors started to fly of course and I heard everything from he was writing prescriptions for… medicine he was not allowed to write them for. Then I heard he was very sick and had closed his practice because of health reasons. No matter the reason I miss him but I am hanging in mid air without a doctor. No one in our area is taking new patients. Thanks, Dr. Russell.

Dr. Russell is very personable and so is his staff. Walking into his office feels as comfortable as walking into your own house. You feel you belong and the staff is just wonderful and ready to not only give you the best medical care possible, but also kind, courteous service with a welcoming attitude. No overblown egos or arrogance reside in this office. Dr. Russell is an excellent doctor who "listens" to what you're saying and talks to you as if you had some sense. Very patient to explain what's wrong and why, and addresses all your concerns. Not afraid to say he doesn't know something (rarely), and he goes out of his way to find you answers. You feel comfortable talking to him as he is non-judgmental, attentively listening to you and taking his time with you. There are no crushing crowds and he's seldom backed up unless there was an emergency. All in all, I wouldn't go anywhere else. He gets my respect because he's earned it!!! Love his staff too!!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Russell to anyone. He is very attentive to his patients and his diagnosis have been wright on the money, as for as I an concerned he is the best physician that I have use in a very long time. His bedside manor is very pleasant overall he is a very kind and caring Dr. and person .

not as professional as could be

Spent very little time with me although he has a great personality his staff is absolutely awful. His billing needs revamped I had surgery and it didn't cost as much as an office visit after my insurance paid. Something is wrong with his billing practices and office staff should definitely be revamped.

the office staff is horrible

First doctor out of many to prescribe something that worked for my neuropathy. Got it right the first time. Superb!

I just arrived as a new patient of Dr. Russell. He performed an interview on my first visit and gave me an initial exam. That was a first from a new PCM, based on what I have had in the past. I believe he is a confident, competent doctor who wants the best health for his patients. I am happy with my initial visit with Dr. Russell.
