Dr. Jeremy G. Spinks, MD

I saw Dr. Spinks several times and found his bed side manner poor and him to be very arrogant. He would benefit from additional physician patient communication and cultural competency training!!! He does not listen well and shows little compassion.

I had been suffering from pain resulting from a trip and fall for several weeks. Dr. Spinks evaluated my condition and prescribed a medicine and after many weeks of pain, I was finally able to sleep and rest.

I saw Dr. Spinks at Signature Urgent Care. This was my first experience with an Urgent Care facility, and it was a pleasant surprise from beginning to end. They took me in right away, even though I was a "walk-in." Staff was pleasant and very efficient. Dr. Spinks himself was 100% accurate in his diagnosis and prescribed a treatment that worked exactly as he said it would. He told me what to expect and gave me a lot of background and suggestions that proved very useful. He put me completely at ease.
