Had to bring in my child for a cleaning. Waited 45 min to see the dentist. Finally, when we did see him, Dr. Suess didn't even greet me with a smile or a simple handshake. He looked tired and seemed a bit impatient. I over heard some of the technicians that the office was running short on staff and people weren't able get to all the patients on time. Well...I guess I fell into that category since I made an appointment for a cleaning and they didn't have time for that. Dr. Suess just looked at the X-rays and said come back for a cleaning. That's it. I had to wait another 45 min. just to check out. Fun times.

Dr. Suess and team were great at catching my cavities and were efficient and gentle with my fillings. I also appreciate and value the follow-ups and how friendly all of the staff are during the visits!
