Dr. Swain is amazing and has taken care of our family of four children since our oldest’s birth. His medical advice has always proven to be accurate. He is calm, knowledgeable and kind. He truly comes across as caring about you as a person and helping you get healthy.

While Dr. Swain is an exceptional Doctor. His administrative staff are less than exceptional. They assumed my insurance covered a routine physical as most do in their words. So without verification they lead me to believe that I would have no co-pay. Well now I have a bill for $1700 that says otherwise. When trying to resolve this I was told it is my responsibility to know ahead of time if a procedure will be covered and that was that. Very dissatisfied, will not recommend and will not return, nor will any member or my family.

Dr Swain was very nice Doctor. Problem is you can vnecer get an appointment. basically health but the two times a called in 6months you have a week wait. one time left message for Dr Swain never got a reasons. Changing Doctors

Dr. Swain spends time on each patient, and isn't buried in an EMR database typing notes during a visit.

One staff member is completely rude and disrespectful. Treats you like you're stupid because you ask to have medical the GA explained to you where you can understand it. Completely and ridiculously rude. Her name is Kelly at the front desk. Because of her we will never go there again.
