Huge scam! I had an appointment scheduled with them for a cleaning and xray. When I got there I had my xray done and the dental hygienist went over the xrays with me and recommended I get a deep cleaning. I was paying out of pocket and I would also have to reschedule another appointment as this deep cleaning would have taken 3 hours. I told her I would opt out of a deep cleaning and just get my regular cleaning as I have been waiting months for an appointment. I guess that was the wrong answer for them. She told me she cant do a regular cleaning it is unethical. Sorry but what is really unethical is scheduling me for a cleaning as a new patient and not specifying that there would be a possibility that I can leave without one. I have been to multiple dentists as I travel a lot and have never experienced this. If I had really bad teeth issues I would comply but I dont. If I knew of that possiblity I would have never taken the appointment. They still had the nerve to charge me. I even… tried to explain that to Dr Tanner and he told me I'm wasting his time. They just scammed me money for xrays. What a horrible experience. Would not recommend this place

Never a fan of going to the dentist and a few years back I told my husband I was done going forever and then he found Dr. Tanner...turns out to be my favorite dentist ever and I’m old and have been to many dentists!! They are high-tech yet personable. Thanks for making me want to see a dentist regularly!

Dr. Tanner (Houghton/Broadway) and is office staff are great! He has a great disposition and pleasant bedside manner. He takes his time and explains everything. (I had implant questions, and he put me at ease.) I always feel like he takes his time with me and my family, and we've never felt rushed or like we were just a number. He's not a part of a dental group. It is his business, he takes pride in it, and it shows. I can't say enough great things about him! He's a gem…I hope you discover him!

The first quality I noticed about Dr. Tanner was his caring manner & kindness. His work was excellent---he was professional, efficient and did very a fine job on my teeth & did not try to convince me about further expensive appointments which I did not really need.
