I found an alternate, competent, plastic surgeon for a revision and I could not be happier with the results. Do not go here. Admin staff is inept and rude and Jeremy is a greedy monster. He takes advantage of a broken healthcare system and will take you for whatever he can all the while driving his range rover and letting you pay for his 3M house.

I had a blepharoplasty a few years ago done by dr Warner. This is something I have always wanted, but could never afford. I was getting married and decided to pool our resources and finally treat myself and get this done. He was kind and I felt comfortable trusting him with this surgery. While I was initially happy with the results, one year later, I noticed the outer half of my eyes sagging yet again. He had changed locations, but I reached out anyway, multiple times (both through the online form and phone calls). I scheduled an appointment, but later had to cancel as someone close to me had gotten Covid and I wanted to wait until I knew I did not also have it. I called to reschedule multiple times (through online and phone) and no one ever responded. I’m not sure what’s going on, but his office NEVER responds to me and it’s left a bad taste in my mouth. I even tried to contact them just a week or two ago and once again, did not receive a call back. I am very disheartened by… this experience. I have extensive experience working with orthopedic surgeons and I have never seen a doctors office so difficult to reach. I’m finally at a point where I understand that this doctor does not seem to care once you leave his office after the procedure. It’s been nearly four years and I’m still unhappy with the results. While I am an incredibly patient person, having reached out as much as I have and receiving no response at all, shows me just how much this dr values his patients. I am now forced to look for another plastic to fix the outer half of my eyes. This is not the way to treat patients. While I’m incredibly disappointed as I did like him, I do not recommend Dr. Warner, simply because, his office will never call you back.

I can’t plead with you enough, please do not select this surgeon. I had two procedures performed by him (rhinoplasty and a brow lift) and they were both unsuccessful. I sympathize with the difficult decision to undergo an elective surgery, to trust someone with facial transformations, and to spend a significant amount of money optimistic for optimal results. It’s with a very heavy amount of regret that I write this. I should have chosen someone else initially, and please do so on your journey. His false assurances, along with his exaggerated skill set, should all be questioned. I have since had a revision rhinoplasty, with an alternate surgeon, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. There are certainly better Plastic Surgeons available in the Chicagoland area.

20 years ago I received a double lung transplant, and one of the side-effects of his procedure is an increased risk of skin cancer, and as a result of this side-effect, I actually lost the tip of my nose through a mohs surgery. This is where Dr. Warner comes into the story. He performed "forehead flap surgery" on me, and through this surgery, Dr. Warner actually "gave me back" the tip of my nose. To look at me now, you would never know I had gone through such a procedure. His surgical skill is outstanding, but also, he, and his staff's warmth, re-assurance, and compassionate were extremely importance to me, for I had never gone through anything like this before, and they made me feel comfortable, and safe. If you find yourself where I was, I would highly recommend Dr. Warner to you.

I would not recommend Dr. Warner for eyelid surgery. I experienced infections and complications from the surgery. He also left a bulge under the one eye. I now have to have my eye fixed by a Oculoplastic surgeon.
