Dr. Jeremy Wayne Wood, MD

I took my daughter to him for a broken ankle. His partner misdiagnosed her, and said that surgery was not needed. 6 weeks later, when he had realized that he was wrong, he referred her to his partner, dr. Wood, whom insisted that surgery was needed the next day. At the hospital he was very nice and calming to her, which I appreciate really much. He was very gentle and nice after the surgery during the next few appointments. Being 1 year later, she is back to dancing, and whatever she wants to do. It feels great! Thank you so much for everything Dr. Wood!

Dr. Jeremy Wood was my doctor. I had bunions on both my feet, he told me I needed emergency surgery. Dr. Wood performed the surgery on my right foot. Worst choice I ever made! I now have no feeling in my big toe at all and the 3 toes that he straightened are more crooked now then they were before. My 3rd toe is going up underneath my 2nd toe now. My foot is a half a size smaller then before and, it hurts much worse then it did before the surgery. He would tell me that it was healing perfect every visit. I finally decided to go see another doctor for another opinion. I went to Dr. Wood's office to get my x-ray's and the girl behind the counter gave me someone else's x-rays. Since then I have sent pictures and text's to him and have never gotten a response. I now need another surgery to fix the first one which mean's a longer recovery time. Not looking forward to this at all. I think he was in it for the money that Medicare paid him. 48,000 plus is what he received for 2 hours of work. I… would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He ruined my life. I can never wear sandals again and its hard to find any shoes that don't hurt after a half hour of being on my feet. I used to be a food server but could never go back to doing that now ether. I now live on disability which is hardly enough to live on. I don't give him any stars for a rating.'

Dr. Wood was very fast and he is definitely an expert in his field. I went in with flat feet and he laid out all the different options in a way that I could understand and he gave his suggestion as to which route would be the most effective. I improved quickly and was very impressed.
