The first surgery on a tooth failed and I was required to have a second surgery and Dr. Young charged me again.

Dr. Young and his staff far exceeded my expectations. He came highly recommended to me by my family in the dental field, but I never expected the procedures to go so smoothly. Dr. Young is not only an expert, he is gentle and accommodating. I’m terrified of going to the dentist and was so anxious about this appointment. He calmed my nerves with his gentleness and patience, and I was able to make it through the procedures easily. His staff are warm, knowledgeable, and will bend over backwards to help you.

The rating of five stars is no exaggeration and no given lightly. I found the facility to be top tier and appeared to be the latest technology (as an layperson observation). Very impressed. The staff is really the highlight of my experience. Truly professional, friendly and knowledgable to the hieghest degree. A rarity today. They take time to explain anything one would like to know ,with pleasure, thoroughly and with out oversimplification in layperson language. Very professional. The environment is very relaxed that would put the most anxious at ease. I actually had fun and felt great. My experience set a positive tone for the rest of my day. Now, how many can say that after visiting their endodoest?

Dr. Young and his staff were really great. I've had a few root canals, but this was by far the best experience. Glad to have a Harvard graduate in our small town.

I called Dr. Young's office over the weekend with an excruciating toothache. After calling the emergency phone number from the recorded message, I was shocked when Dr. Young answered the phone personally! He immediately assured me that he would see me right away and within one hour I was at his office. After an X-ray revealed an abscess, Dr. Young explained that I would need a root canal. Except for the initial discomfort of the numbing shot, I was pain free. I can't thank Dr. Young and his assistant, Monica, for coming in on the weekend and helping me. I highly recommend Dr. Young and his staff to anyone that needs root canal treatment.
