Horrible experience! Save yourself time and money! He does not listen to you. He asks same questions multiple times within a 10 minute time frame. He mumbles and asks questions but then doesn't let you answer. He talks over you. 3/4 of the visit he asked irrelevant questions and wouldn't discuss the whole reason why I was there. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Also 3/4 of the visit he left the room door open while we were discussing my private information while other patients and staff walked up and down the hall and could hear everything-which is a huge HIIPA violation, not to mention it was loud in the hall so it became hard to hear him or try to talk. He kept leaning out in the hallway and hollering at his staff that was across the hall at their desk. He was yelling what they needed to do and get in regards to my information or treatment plan...AGAIN another HIIPA violation. Not only did he yell at his staff and was very rude to them, but he was very rude and… demeaning to myself and family member. He made it seem that we were stupid, didn't know what we were talking about, that we seem to be imagining symptoms or problems, and that we were the ones being rude,...when in actuality it was he that was being rude to us and disrespectful. He had an attitude from the moment he came into the room. He made a racial remark several times that really bothered me as well. There were also a couple other derogatory remarks that were uncalled for. Not only was the things said or not said upsetting, but the way he was acting was very strange and concerning.I could go on and on. Bottom line, it was one the worst experiences at a doctors office, complete waste of time, and left with no help and left feeling horrible and angry after 20-30 minutes of being treated like an idiot. Why spend your hard earned money to have someone deliberately treat you like your less then the dirt on the bottom of their expensive shoes?!

Dr. Anderson is friendly and professional. However, he does not "know" me as a patient and asks the same general conversation questions each time I visit. It is evident he does not retain the information and asks the same things again the following visit. This week he asked (again) how my husband was and if he was taking care of himself. I told him (again) that my husband has been deceased 13 years. He stammered that a mistake was made on my chart. He should have corrected the chart the first time this error occurred. My previous cardiologist retired but knew my whole family history. I do not have confidence in Dr. Anderson's partnership with me and I plan to cancel my association with him. I am requesting that my records over to my family doctor whom I have seen for nearly 20 years and does not settle for circumspect health checks.I recently became a Medicare patient and feel I am no longer valued as a patient in Dr. Anderson's office.
