He earned his D.M.D. degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. After graduation from dental school, Dr. Casper first served as a resident in hospital dentistry at North Shore University Hospital in New York; followed by, a pediatric dental fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a pediatric dental residency at the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry.
Dr. Casper and his wife, Jane, a public health dental hygienist, have been married for over 35 years and are the proud parents of three grown children.
In his spare time, Dr. Casper teaches at the University of Maryland Dental School, Department of Pediatric Dentistry.
…He is a member of OKU Dental Honor Society, a Diplomate in the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Maryland State Dental Association.
