Dr. Jerome Henry Frankel, DO

Horrible. To the point he wanted to call the police on me and my kids after being asked to redirect his questions pertaining to the child in front on him at that moment. Even had nerve to buck at my teen son. His own son had to come get his 77 yr old daddy away from us. NEVER AGAIN!!

The staff is very unprofessional and don't know how to interact with patients. The wait time to get an appointment is unreasonable for the type of service you get in return. also you have to spend 2=3 hour on an appointment. Dr. Frankel office is the only doctors office I ever vist and the wait time is at least 2 or more hours and that is a real turn off for me

Dr. Jerome Frankel is a kind, caring physician who will make time as needed to answer questions and double check issues as necessary. He is a family physician and so will ask how your care or diagnosis may impact your family. I think he is an excellent doctor.

After waiting 3 hours in the exam room. I expressed my feelings of the service being unprofessional. Felt he was stacking patients and that his scheduling practices should be addressed. (I was one of several ppl who had an appt at the same time) Well he just didn't like that, it became confrontational and he threw up my past problems and pretty much told me that Im not the only patient in Detroit, and replied that he's not the only DR either. Final result. He threw me out of his office and we both agreed to discontinue our relationship. The office is very unprofessional. While I was waiting for the Dr. to see me, I learned of a baby shower taking place that weekend, and a girl being cheated on by her boyfriend. What happened on Basketball wives, and I was trained on office procedures and patient intake. Yeah that was the funny one. A part of me feels he's a good DR, but also feels he doesn't need to provide Detroit Residents with better service, because after all we (I'm) not the only… patient in Detroit.

very rude, load & unprofessional

After being a patient for dercade or more, mfriend was never diaqgnosed with kidney disease, and the doctor always reasurred her that her kidneys were fine- that is, until the dahy she went into a coma and is now ondialysis. He never visited her in the hospital.
