Dr. Jerome Eugene Hester, MD

I had the best experience with Dr. Hester after having many frustrating interactions with other doctors. He is highly knowledgeable, experienced, accommodating, and has excellent communication skills. I felt listened to and supported throughout the entire experience. He is the first person I would recommend to any family or friends looking for high quality ENT care.

Outstanding service from Dr. Hester and his staff. After years of complaining about "my allergies" I decided to see someone about ongoing sinus issues and am now fully in control. Dr Hester was kind, straight forward, and most importantly, treated my issue successfully.

Dr. Hester answered all my questions in clear terms that I could understand without any jargon. I was very happy about his thorough explanations on what my sinus condition involved. After an in-office surgical procedure, his office phone me a few days later to check up on me. Definitely one of the better Bay Area sinus doctors you could work with. Will be recommending to friends and family for sure.

Excellent practice

After months of seeking help from GP, Allergist, even my OBGYN, I was lost until I got help from Dr. Hester for my dizziness issues. The whole staff is amazing! They are so efficient, caring, knowledgeable, and focused. I feel 25 years younger after working with them on multiple causes of my dizziness (which included getting a CPAP machine after their excellent diagnosis).

I was treated by Dr. Hester and his office to assist with sinus issues I have suffered with for years. I've seen allergists and my standard family doctor many times to try and get to the root of the issue, but Dr. Hester set a plan of action and now I am definitely feeling the benefits.

Avoid this doctor. Years later I still have medical problems from the surgery that he performed on me.
