The service wait time was almost 2 hours. I saw a resident doctor who was useful but had only a few minutes with Dr. Wiater

He couldn’t have been less empathetic to my situation. Spoke to me regarding my issues for less than five minutes.

Was seen by Dr Olamide Oshikoya who was very personable, and took care of my concerns. I would see him again.

Saw Dr. Wiater and he ordered MRI which I complied with. On return appointment to discuss MRI I was not seen by Dr. Wiater but by a resident Dr. who was not previously introduced to me. The resident did not even discuss results of MRI but immediately said "Its not too bad, you can have PT, an injection, a combination or surgery. " When it became obvious Dr. Wiater was not going to see me, I told resident to give me PT referral which he did. I will never return to that office. It was totally arrogant of Dr. Wiater to send a resident in to discuss options with me a Dr. who had never been introduced or explained to me. I'm going elsewhere. He really won't care about this review. He's that arrogant.

I took a family thier teenager daughter her both legs were like fork shape Dr. Jerome Wiater exam her . Gave her 80% -90% DR. wiater & his sons are amazing. #1 in Michigan thank you for everything

I am 20 years old now on my second labrum repair. He was recommended to me by my boss at a physical therapy clinic. Although, he is quick and to the point, and you may have to wait awhile in the waiting room, I can assure you the wait is worth it. I am now 3 months post op and am close to getting back to normal everyday motion and am virtually pain free. Dr Wiater is a confident, proficient surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone. Have patience with the long recovery and trust your doctors ability to heal you.

I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy. I waited 1.5 hours in the exam room. He walked in wearing his pin stripe suit and said what the problem. No exaggeration 30 seconds into my story he cut me off and said "can you make this short, I am running behind." never in my life have a felt so disrespected. There are humans who go into the medical field to help people. And there are those who want to become a doctor to make daddy happy and wear pin stripe suites. THAT IS THIS SURGEON. I had shoulder surgery a year ago with another doctor and this has been my 3rd opinion. I have been around. STAY AWAY!!!!
