I've been with Dr. Copeland for 25 years. She's warm, personable, compassinate and thorough. Her Nurse Practitioners are highly trained and likewise, kind and eager to listen to all my concerns prior to moving on to whatever tests or medical plan deemed necessary. Over the years nearly all my family members have chosen Dr. Copelands practice. We all just love her1

Dr. Copeland is the Best. Takes very good care of me. I go to her because I took a client of mine to her and was so impressed how she took so good care of her.

Went to Dr. Copeland on a Wednesday. She told me my B-12 was low. They said they were going to call in the prescription. Went on Sunday to pick it up. They did not call it in. A little disappointed. This isnt the first time the staff messed up my prescriptions.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Copeland for about 20 years. She is caring and comfortable to talk to. She has been criticized for spending more than the "desired" 11 minutes, but her clients of course love this about her. We highly recommend her.

I lived in Houston 20 years and it took almost that long to find a good doctor. Here only 2 years and I found a great doctor. Jerrelle and her staff are top notch.

She's absolutely amazing! ! Never rushes out of room, genuinely cares about how your feeling and answering your questions. She treats you like a person not just another patient. My husband and I just love her as a person and our doctor!!!
