Dr. Jerri Lynn Johnson, MD

Dr. Johnson is a blessing to all her patients. She is a gifted practitioner and has guided us and card for our family for roughly two decades. If they allowed 10 stars I would gladly rate her a ten!!!

Have been going to Dr Johnson for about 10 years. She is very thorough, explains everything and is not in a rush. I have many skin cancer issues and wouldn't trust anyone else. I've been to other dermatologists in the past. They don't even come close to her expertise and concern for the patient. The nurses and office staff are great. Highly recommend Dr Jerri Johnson!

I really enjoyed my visit to Dr. Johnson's office. The receptionist, Monique, was very nice. The PA, Alison, was great and did a fantastic job in removing a cyst from my face. The rest of the office staff were very sweet, especially Vicky, who took all my information and helped Alison with my procedure. I would recommend Dr. Johnson's office to anybody looking for a good dermatologist.

I feel Dr. Johnson's office staff need to go back to basics with guest services. Starting with being nice on the phone and remembering the person your talking to is human and just trying to make an appointment. DR. Johnson appointments are so backed up if you miss or need to reschedule an appointment you can expect to wait up to 6 months. The ladies on the phone really don't care what's going on in your life or the importants of the appointment. All they really care about is leaving on time (even during the summer months-early Wednesdays) because DR, Johnson doesn't work past 2 or 4 pm o'clock. And only Monday - Thursday. (Doctor's hours)Most of all, I think the reservationist in the office are rude and not very pleasant. IM sorry to write a negative report, But all of Dr. Johnson good, Doesn't matter when her office staff is negative and unpleasant.
