Saw Dr Arnold because walk in clinic busy Based on his questions he did not even read my chart He was condescending, rude, arrogant Would not recommend if last Dr anywhere he needs to have a reality check and reprimanded by his supervisor DO NOT SEE Dr Arnold for any reason

I have never had such a rude, unprofessional Dr visit. I left without receiving any services, but pulled up his documentation of what he said we discussed and what he did on my patient portal app and it was all lies! I contacted my insurance provider to request he not be paid. It's a shame to have someone like him practicing medicine.

Just glad my husband will finally see a competent, caring physician Which is totally not Dr Arnold

I changed doctors because he never did anything for me. If I told him I had a problem with something he just sent me to another doctor. He never even came near me or give me any kind or examination just stood looking at my chart and tell me I was fine.The thing that did it for me was when he told me I was depressed, had anxiety and stressed.I told him no I wasn't he said yes you are . Prescribed a med, which I never filled. I had none of that.

My husband who has been experiencing severe leg pain ,for some time saw Dr.(if you can even call him that)Arnold twice. Was not impressed the first visit. Second visit , left very angry . To say this man is rude,arrogant,and full of himself is an understatement! Spent ,maybe,2 minutes with us,ask how my husband was and my husband said he was still hurting. (If I could say one thing good about him, i'd say he ordered the right blood work and found my husband had gout) He said, " I'm sure you are hurting,you're going to hurt with that weight". Any good dr. I think ,would've explained a bit more about gout( to a patient who'd just been diagnosed)and maybe suggested a diet plan ,ect.,instead of being so sarcastic! NOT THIS ONE ! He told my husband ,on the way out the door,that he'd find someone to help him,then sent in a nurse who said the Dr sent word to come back as needed. We have since received a letter telling us to find another dr ! Well sorry, but we decided that before leaving the… building!!! Definitely should have looked at his rating before making the appointment.

I wasted an afternoon on this guy. Should have read these reviews first.

Dr. Arnold is arrogant, condescending, rude and shaming. I suggest he find another career where empathy, compassion and basic people skills are not required.

First visit waited over an hour to be seen. Asked receptionist if this is always the case she stated yes then tried changing her response to alot of the times hes overbooked. That today he took in a lot of new patients. Once in to see the doctor waited another 30 min before he walks in. I explained to him why there as to there are several issues. He asked why we came to see him, I explained the primary doctor would take over a month. Asked him if that's a normal for Mobile Alabama. He had no reply, took couple notes, walked out. Without looking at the problems causing pain sent a nurse in for labs and as we checked out the lady said hes sending us to another doctor in the building for care. I asked why she said "I dont know" This guy has ZERO understanding how to talk to people, new parents or get to know you a big ZERO! IM GOING TO LOOK INTO SPEAKING WITH MEDICARE NOT PAYONG HIM FOR TODAYS VISIT AS I DECLINED HIS RECOMMENDATIONS OF ANOTHER PHYSICIAN! THANK YOU JERRY FOR… DESTROYING A DAY WITH ZERO OUTCOME. SITTING NOW IN ER TO TAKE CARE OF MY FATHERS ISSUES! THE WORST DOCTOR PATIENT INTERACTIONS IVE EVER SEEN!
