Dr. Jerry Glenn Back

I've been treated by many. Not one has been able to put their finger on what care I needed until I started seeing Dr. Back. There are not enough words to begin to explain how much he is worth as a man of medicine. Many thanks to him and his staff

Best doctor ever!! And, I have been to quite a lot in 25 years with Lupus! He is very compassionate and a fixer! You tell him a problem and he has the solution! BP problems cured in an instant. He knows his stuff. He really truly cares about his patients. He is so thorough and sits there to listen to every possible thing and finds the solution if one exists. There are not many doctors in the world like him any more. He truly wants to help and has the knowledge base and caring heart to do so!

My husband has had diabetes for 25+ years. We have seen diabetes doctors and even endocrinologists at Emory. He had an insulin pump which caused terrible sores on his abdomen due to the amount of insulin he was taking. When he finally saw Dr. Back, he was on over 200 units of insulin a day. On his second visit, Dr. Back diagnosed him. He has Cushings Disease. Dr. Back started him on medication. The first dose dropped his blood sugar to 50. Dr. Back called me every hour on the hour to check on him on a Saturday until he stabilized. He is now on NO insulin. Dr. Back has been there for both of us throughout this ordeal. I thought I was going to lose my husband a year ago and called Dr. Back -With his guidance and the Lord's help, my husband is still here. He has had 4 strokes, pneumonia, a heart attack, 3 stents, numerous fractures including his right hip and neck, all due to Cushings. But he is walking and alert. Dr. Back has been a godsend for us and I do not know what I or… my husband would do without him. He is a blessing and I am a registered nurse who sings his praises.

From my first appointment I have felt comfortable and at ease knowing that Dr Back and his staff have my health as their foremost priority.

Dr. Back reviewed all lab work & made recommendations for adjustment of meds. Also, he provided diabetic diet info. To lower sugar levels.

They love to tease my husband and he loves ever minute of the harassment. I have told several of my friends if you are looking for a good Dr that takes time to explain things good or bad he is your Doctor..
