Dr. Jerry Nai Man Cheung

My daughter had all 4 of her wisdom teeth out yesterday and the experience was perfect. The staff were outstanding, Dr. Cheung went above and beyond to provide just an incredibly positive for my daughter. It could not have gone any better. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jerry N Cheung is a one of a kind dentist. He is very personable and cares about ALL his patients, young and old. He goes above and beyond his call of duty to ensure his patients have the best quality care. I come from Dayton. He has always worked with me for the past few years and I highly recommend him as your new dentist. He can do many things in his office from cleanings to fillings. You can even sit and wait for your new tooth to be made. He matches your surrounding teeth perfectly. His knowledge about your teeth health is top rate.

Never again. The office is fancy, but you pay for it with your teeth, this dentist will do unnecessary dental work . I came there with no pain in my teeth and hadn't had a filling in 5 years. The doctor claimed I needed 8 fillings and three crowns. I allowed him to do work on two of my teeth and left the office unable to eat on one side of my mouth. Went back two or three times for bite adjustment (had to pay for each and every of those, though technically it's a dentist's fault not being able to get the occlusion right). After being in severe pain for two months, two molars that he did work on ended up needing root canals. Several thousand dollars later I am still unable to eat on my left side properly. Also, the dentist is always in a rush as he is seeing 2-3 patients at the same time. No personal approach, you will feel like a number. Never again, not even for a cleaning, I don't trust this dentist.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Cheung practice and I was very impressed with the overall professional experience that I received from everyone who was involved in my overall treatment. Dr. Cheung explained my treatment options to me in professional and caring manner. The office environment was very comfortable and was extremely clean. His fees are very reasonable and he is very concerned with your overall medical condition. Robin the office manager was extremely caring and did an excellent job of explaining all the medical coverages that I had and how everything worked. I would recommend this practice to anyone who was looking to find a dental practice that was very easy to deal with. I would rate my overall dental experience as a 5 star.

I would highly recommend Bright Smile Dental. I have been a patient of Dr. Cheung for over 2007, and he has always provided me great care! I have been so satisfied as a patient, that after I had my son I started bringing my son to see him once he was old enough. He has always looks forward to his dental visits and actually thinks of them as fun! I couldn't be happier and would recommend Bright Smiles to anyone looking for a great dentist who treats you like a person and not just a number. :)

Dr. Cheung and his staff members offer a welcoming, supportive, family-friendly atmosphere. Our family of four has a wide range of dental needs that have been met in this office. The quality of care and commitment from Dr. Cheung and his staff is evident from the first contact you have with them. The extended hours that they offer fit into our busy family's schedule. They even have some dentist-fearing family members coming back for regular visits with minimal grumbling. I have been going to Dr. Cheung for two years now. I am not from Columbus, and had to find new doctors, dentists, everything when I moved here. Dr. Cheung was recommended to me by a friend, and have been recommending him to my friends for the last two years. I look forward to a cozy office and an excellent and friendly staff now when scheduling my appointments!!

Dr. Cheung and his team are amazing. They are always thorough yet gentle, and they seem genuinely concerned about the health of my mouth, teeth, and gums.

What can I say. I hadn't been to the dentist for about 7 years, and with moving and having a daughter that needed her first check up, I knew I needed to find someone. I am so happy I landed at Bright Smile. My family has been a patient of Dr. Cheung's for 7 years and couldn't be more pleased. His staff has always been very welcoming and understanding of my anxiety towards seeing the dentist. Dr. Cheung has always made me feel comfortable and his attention to detail has been greatly appreciated as I have had many dental issues.
