Dr. Jerry Chee Sing Chow, MD

His bedside (phone-side) manner is atrocious. This doctor is very rude and condescending, and was not listening to my concerns. He consulted on a wound for my father (who is in the hospital) and was set to perform an aggressive surgical debridement down to the muscle without considering the rest of my father's medical conditions. I asked if my father understood the procedure he was set to do and Dr. Chow replied that didn't know if he understood. (But was still going to do the procedure), said there were "no guarantees" for healing (but was going to do it anyway). He rudely suggested the procedure be put on hold since I had so many concerns (thankfully), and that I get a second opinion. Just really advocate for yourself and ask a lot of questions of this doctor before he talks you into a procedure. I'm glad I was able to get a hold of him (I voicemail, 1 phone call and 2 messages to him from nurses over the course of the evening and morning) trying to catch him before surgery, only… to be talked down to and dismissed, but thankfully in time to put the procedure on hold until further consultation and a second opinion. He seemed offended that I dared to ask questions. I read Doctor reviews, and I'm just writing this to make people aware -- ask questions. You don't always have to with with a doctor says you "need" to do.

Dr Chow and his staff are wonderful. After having a double mastectomy due to a breast cancer diagnosis, Dr Chow placed by expanders at time of mastectomy, and completed my breast reconstruction surgery 4 months later. I could not be happier with the outcome, with the care I received, with his expertise, and with his skill.

My 3 y/o daughter had her face mauled by the neighbors german Shepherd. One surgery with Dr. Chow & no scaring. He was very professional to prevent further trauma to my toddler. Its as if the incident never happened. I can't thank Dr. Chow enough!!!

This guy was the worst, he has crippled my wrist sooo much and has left me living with constant pain . Do Not Let Him Touch You !!!

Unlike most doctors he puts a lot of time into his patient care. Dr. Chow has always made me feel welcome and to never hesitate to call him with a question. I absolutely recommend Dr. chow As he is very knowledgeable and a great guy.

After months of wound care, I was referred to Dr. Chow for a skin graft procedure to a Venous Ulcer on my ankle. A few weeks after the surgery, there is noticeable improvement and the wound is now closing and healing, with an end in sight. My wife and I both find Dr. Chow and the staff at his office to be very professional, and attentive to my needs as a patient.

Did a great job on my left hand. Right Hand next!

Waited over 45 minutes. Dr Chow was rude and his staff is rude as well. Very unpleasant experience

When we went to dr chow- he DID NOT read the MRI he just gave a diagnosis with out reviewing it, without seeing what was inside my sons wrist! He dismissed us when either of us asked questions and when I asked very politely when he was going to read the MRI and stated that he gave a diagnosis without reading it he got VERY upset! He was acting very unsure about what he was going to do and couldn't give us a straight answer on what the outcome should be. I'm so grateful we DID NOT proceed with the surgery with him.
