Dr. Gomez was terrible...and this place is a chop-shop at best. I was there for an extraction. Dr. Gomez literally shoved the numbing solution into my mouth. After less than 90 seconds, Dr. Gomez was going to start the novocaine shots. I told him that I take longer to get numb. He ignored me and said "just take deep breaths through your nose." I cried out when he gave the first two shots and repeated that I need longer to get numb. Again, I was ignored. Next, I was told this next shot would be "surprising." Before I could respond, he shoved the needle into the roof of my mouth. The pain was indescribably excruciating as I cried out again more loudly. Dr. Gomez then said (in a haughty tone, "You just screamed in my ear! I can't do this today - you need to reschedule." Dr. Gomez showed no empathy, did not listen to me, and treated me with coldness and distain. I am going to file a grievance with my insurance and the ADA. I am very well-versed with getting teeth removed and do not have… dental anxiety. Dr. Gomez needs to be suspended before he assaults another patient...he is an uncaring, incompetent monster.
