Dr. Jerry Howard Gurwitz, MD

Dr. Jerry Gurwitz is a geriatric medicine specialist who also practices internal medicine, bringing over four decades of experience to his care of older adults. He earned his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed his residency training at Beth Israel Medical Center. With 43 years in practice, Dr. Gurwitz has developed extensive expertise in addressing the complex health needs of aging patients. He provides care in English to patients throughout the Worcester area.

Dr. Gurwitz maintains hospital privileges at Saint Vincent Hospital and practices at multiple locations in Worcester and Auburn, Massachusetts.
