Office was caring and I always felt the DDS took a personal interest in my dental needs. He took time to talk to me when I had questions. The Hygienist was exceptional for my cleaning and was professional.

Overall, the office and staff are managed nicely. It was clean, and it wasn't hard to schedule any appointments. But, when I went for my checkup, I noticed how the waiting room and the dental office itself weren't very child oriented. There wasn't a lot there to keep children enterta and at ease. Later, when I went to this dentist, I was told I needed to get a filling. Instead of using a technique to eliminate the pain of the needle to numb the area, a needle was quickly put into my mouth without any consent. I feel that there should be a more comfortable way to get a filling as a patient.
