I saw Dr. Sherrill today with my daughter who was the patient. He was kind and gentle. He kept us laughing with his silly neurology jokes and we were both very comfortable. He did a thorough examination, over an hour, himself, and then sent her for several tests to help with her diagnosis. We were very pleased with his care and highly recommend him to anyone who needs to see a neurologist.

This guy substitutes medical expertise with aweful time waisting comedy and will string you along. Dont put your life in danger by his incompentence. Stay Away. He is too lazy or superior to listen and is unwilling to work hard for the patient.

By far the worst Doctor I've ever seen. Does not listen to his patients, makes inappropriate jokes, pushes wrong diagnoses in order to benefit himself. I will never visit again, or recommend him to anyone. Don't waste your time.

This is by far the worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of having seen. Workers comp doctor with deep pockets for the company that sends their victims to him so he can do his song and dance and twist everything you say into the best interest of his pay source. His attitude is terrible for the profession he has chosen. If you have a choice get an appointment somewhere else. If you don't have a choice, make sure you have a good attorney.

Dr Sherrill was the neurologist brought in for a consult after I was admitted to the hospital and all tests were coming back normal. He came in, quirky as ever, did his exam and while talking to me....cellphone rang and it was his wife calling him and he had to answer that. Then he ordered a sleep deprivation EEG which didn't happen because apparently he forgot to put the order in and kept me up for nothing and withhold all of my meds including anxiety medication. And 5hen basically decided on his own to do a rapid detox of all my meds with out consulting my Psychiatrist which he said that he knew.... so long story short.... after that and coming back into my hospital room and being completely rude to me and my mother.... he will never be my neurologist, ever!!!

Should have been a crap Comedian. Definitely doesn't need to be practicing medicine. Made inappropriate comments and jokes that were either insulting or that had no connection with why I was seeing this doctor. Would not discuss test results with me; preferred to make comments or jokes suggesting that I was an alcoholic, even after he was repeatedly told I DO NOT DRINK. Period! Made me feel that I was not important enough to deserve a diagnosis. Rude to my mother as well. Stay away!

Horrible! This man is a joke! He thinks he is funny and does NOT listen when you try to tell him what is going on. Saw my dad for Parkinson's. Had him over medicated and on the wrong medication to the point dad was having to use a walker and steadily getting worse. Got with another neurologist who actually treats Parkinson's. She got dad in physical and speech therapy. Within 2 months he is a different man. We know Parkinson's is not curable but it can and should be treated properly. RUN, RUN, RUN away for this man!

The nurse practitioner? spent an hour and half talking and less than 10 min. examining me. Dr. Sherrill came in for 5 minutes. Shined a light in my eyes, told a joke and left the room. I have cancelled my follow up appointment.
