Dr. Shutsy's Specialist Philosophy
Dr. Shutsy believes that his patients should receive the BEST care available!! There are dentists that specialize in one area of dentistry, one only, have completed extensive training, and have demonstrated expertise in their choosen field. These specialties include Surgery, Endodontics (root canals), Orthodontics (braces), Periodontics (gum problems), Pedodontics (children), and Prosthodontics (reconstruction). These Specialists are able to provide high quality care to our patients with minimal treatment time involved, a very high level of patient comfort, and the highest success rates of their chosen fields. A lot of the horrer stories of root canals, extractions, etc. are eliminated.
Through out his 28 year career, Dr Shutsy has had the opportunity to work with a large number of Specialists. Many are within the local area but the network includes Fayette, Washington, Greene, Westmoreland and Allegheney Counties. Every effort is …made to keep patients "in their network", and provide referrels to those specialists working with that patients particular benefits provider.Â
