Best retina doctor that I know . Don't expect to chat, he is too busy for that. Have used him for fourty five year.

Me and my wife have been going to Dr Suelflow for a lot of years. He has always been good to us. He put implants in both of my eyes and also put implants in both of my wife’s eyes. He is a good doctor.

I don’t think I will go back to Dr Suelflow. He didn’t pay attention to anything I said or question I asked. He never listened to me!

Dr Rush referred both my wife and I for cataract work to Dr. Suelflow. We had our eyes taken care of by Dr. Suelflow since we moved here in 2023. He has been very open, honest, a self starter and a team player all of which we live by. We are so grateful for his care of our eyes as it goes forward over our senior years. Susan and I are now in our 80s…..

Dr. Suelflow has kept my eyesight healthy through the years, including doing timely and effective surgeries as needed. He diagnosed a variation of migraine that no other doctor in over 35 years of medical care had any idea of. I am genuinely appreciative of his continued care.

This was literally the worse experience I have ever had with a medical "professional". This man does not know how to listen. He tried to explain to me that my eye pain was stress related, and that I was trying to get out of my job. He might be old, but he definitely isn't wise.

I would never go back to see this doctor or recommend him to anyone. I have been to 4 doctors in the area who have not been able to find why I’m having trouble with my vision, he was recommended by a doctor in Daphne. I do not have insurance, I am a self pay patient. I was grilled by the doctor as to why I didn’t have insurance or if I’d ever had insurance, was I going to get insurance, had I lost The insurance. But the most insulting was when he asked if I had paid the other doctors I had previously seen. Those of you who are unfortunate to not have insurance, as I, know that you have to pay upfront. It that was beside the point. He was more interested in my ability to pay, I was asked just a few questions about my condition. He then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t help and that iñInshould get another test done. I asked where would I have to go, he said call around because I don’t know, not even what type of specialist would perform the test, the answer was I don’t know. He is more… concerned if you have insurance than his patients well being. I actually cried when I got to my car because of the way I was treated.
