Very Profesional, compassionate and he does follow up after surgery and explains everything very clear . My scar from a masectomy is very thin and after a year it is fading to the point to be almost not visible.great surgery.

This man is an amazing surgeon and human being. I recently had surgery and he was just flawless. Can't say enough great things about him, hopefully when I am ready to have babies, I will be so lucky as to have him as my OB. If you have to have a Gyn surgery at Kaiser, make sure to request Dr. Tsai.

What an excellent Dr. He listened to all your concerns. A caring Dr. I would highly recommend him. Finally a Kaiser physician that his patients needs come first.

He is really a kind and likeable person. He listened carefully to the patient and took care of even minor symptoms. He is not an old-school OB-GYN. He respected the patient's own wish.Needless to say, his skill is brilliant. I will never forget his care during my pregnancy and delivery of my little girl.
