Dr. Jesenia Cruz, MD

Dr. Cruz made me dread going to the doctor. She prescribed me a medication at one appointment and then when I came back she asked who prescribed it to me. She came off as rude at times and did not seem very knowledgeable and that worried me.

I would not recommend the dr at all. She scares me how little knowledge she has in the medical profession. Recently I've had a few medical issues all of which she wasn't able to help me with because of her lack of knowledge. Thank God I'm intelligent enough to know when something is terribly wrong with my health, and to make my own appointments with specialists. Had I waited for her to refer me to see someone else, or to even acknowledge that something was wrong with me, I'd probably be dead. She even argued with me during a discussion about pancreas transplants. According to her, nobody does those surgeries. I'm not quite sure how she's even practicing at all. I can only ascertain that no one has bothered to look into the situation. This is truly sad because at some point she will undoubtedly cost someone their life!

Takes her time and answers all question respectfully.

If I could find a way to sue her I would. After going to other doctors regarding a condition she was "treating" they couldn't believe the way she was "treating" me. Stay clear, she is clueless and tries to treat things she has no knowledge of but makes you think she does.

I have been seeing Dr. Cruz for a few years now. Each time I go I tell myself this is her final chance, but each time she fails. I keep kicking myself for not finding another doctor by now. She is rude and makes me feel like I am lying about my symptoms. There have been several occasions where she has not prescribed me medication I needed or misdiagnosed me. I have a chronic illness and need extra help to get better, but she REFUSES to prescribe antibiotics, even when they're needed. I was sick for more than 3 months, I saw her twice and went to immediate care at her office twice. No one would help me. I had dark yellow mucus, which is an obvious sign of infection. Another occasion she misdiagnosed me with a condition for almost 3 months. Even after it wasn't getting better with her multiple treatments she was convinced it was what she first said. Finally I looked online realized it was something completely different and more simple, went to the store, used an over the counter… medication and the condition was gone in 2 days. Her nurses are the same way, rude! I go to the doctor to get better, not feel like I have to prove I am sick. I rarely go so I am not a hypochondriac which she makes me feel like I am. The worst doctor I have ever seen!

This Dr. needs Customer Service

This woman misdiagnosed me with a very scary disease, though she admitted she didn't have the proper supplies to do a test for it. She assumed, prescribed medicine, and had no bedside manner when i was visibly scared about her diagnosis. I got a second opinion the next day and they asked if a "real" doctor had given that diagnosis. According to the second doctor, There was no reason for dr. Cruz to have made the diagnosis she did... What I actually had was obvious and not at all a serious concern. She is TERRIBLE.

I love Dr. Cruz. She's real and honest and cares about her patients. At first she appears a bit stand offish, but she really isn't. Dr. Cruz gets right to the point and will help you the best she can or refer you to someone who can assist you. I would highly recommend her!

I broke my back and neck doctor cruz would not give me my pain medication that I have been on for years she told me to take tylenol for the pain I have 8 pins and two rods in my back and 2 screws in my neck I am in non stop pain and she refuses to help me with the pain she should have her license taken away she does not care about the patients she never examines you and when she told me she could not give me my pain medication she told me that I have to go through withdrawal and the pain will stop after that when my other doctor I had in chicago told me I have to be gone this medication 4 probly most of my life she tells me that I don't need it game this woman a doctor's degree my opinion would be not to see dr. cruz she is no help interlachen should be taken away she is a very rude person when she talks to you

This doctor has no professional touch with the patient.When the patient needs to fill some form and said negative expressions before filling.
