Dr. Roberts had great bedside manner and answered all of my questions. Surgery went smoothly and greatly helped! My ears have never felt better and I can hear so much more clearly now!

Dr. Roberts was the ENT for my son's tubes. He was very patient & answered all my questions, explained about the surgery & recovery. His nurse & office staff were friendly too.

My 2 year old saw Dr. Jess for chronic ear infections. He was so calm and nice to both of us and answered all my questions. We ended up putting tubes in and the whole process was great! My son loves him too! The whole office was nice and efficient! We definitely recommend him and the staff!

My children love Dr. Jess. He has operated on 3 of my children. He is an excellent surgeon with great bedside manner. He spends a lot of time explaining procedures and answering questions. He is kind and gentle with children. We highly recommend him for any ENT services!!

I was referred to Dr. Roberts by my local doctor when my sinus infection was not getting better. Dr. Roberts did a complete exam, prescribed a number of medications to handle the infection and inflammation and told me what the options were for a complete recovery. Also and this is important, he scheduled follow up appointments to make sure that my sinus infection was, in fact, completely gone. He was completely professional, capable and I have absolute confidence in him. He also has a good sense of humor and that can be helpful as exams sometimes aren't a lot of fun.

I get the impression that Dr. Roberts hates his job. He completely misdiagnosed my condition. Please beware before you take advice from this doctor. What advice he gives could be read from google. It is basic and non specific. I do want to be fair and state he was not rude and was willing to listen to history. He just didn’t seem to know how to do anything about it. Also, he seemed nervous.

Dr. Roberts was very attentive and gave me all the time I needed to ask many questions. He was very thorough with his examination and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an ENT
