Summary
Jess Thomas, DDS, MS
Orthodontics is much more than straightening teeth; it is the differences we make in the lives of our patients. I see people every day who come to me because they are afraid to show off their teeth or their children don’t want to smile. To these patients, orthodontics is a life altering experience. If I can use my knowledge and skills to make someone's life a little more pleasant, then a big smile is all the reward I need. Orthodontics truly is the best profession.
My patients are a joy and are the reason I do what I do. The personal contact and relationships that are built during treatment is the best part of being an orthodontist. I aim to make my patients’ journey to a beautiful smile as enjoyable and accommodating as possible. You can rely on me to provide individual service, be detail oriented, deliver exceptional results, and to be persistent to please. I look forward to building a life-long friendship with you and your family!
Education and Continuing …Education
Doctorate of Dental Surgery – Marquette University
Master of Science – Marquette University
Just as with any other profession, newer techniques, equipment, and philosophies come and go. It is my duty as a professional to take an evidence-based approach to determine what can make orthodontic treatment better for the patient. This is why I am actively involved in continuing education, an ongoing process in which orthodontists come together to discuss the newest issues related to orthodontics.
Being an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Wisconsin Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Wisconsin Dental Association also provide me with additional tools to gain access to the most current recommendations for patient care our profession can provide.
In the Office
At our office, you will be treated like a part of our family. Personal attention and relationships are what sets us apart. Our goal is to provide you with a warm and inviting environment, a place you can feel comfortable sending your children to. So, when you come to our office, have a seat, grab a newspaper and a drink, put your feet up and relax! You and your family are in good hands.
My Team
What makes my team so great is that they have the same aspirations, intentions, and philosophies as I do. We provide a welcoming, friendly environment for all of our patients. Our staff makes it easy to feel like you at home when you’re at our office. Conversation, funny attire, and laughter are encouraged here!
Outside the Office
My early years of childhood were spent growing up in the north woods of Wisconsin. My family and I have resided in the Milwaukee area now for four years and plan to continue to raise our child and future children here, and become active members in the community. I am a lucky man to be blessed with such a loving and caring wife, Brooke. We are also fortunate to have welcomed our first child into the world, an adorable yet feisty boy, Chase! Our family wouldn't be complete without mention of our young, playful golden retriever, Kylie. We look forward to having more kids in the future and to enjoying the infinite surprises of parenthood.
When I'm not at the office, you can find me on a golf course, at a Marquette Basketball game, or at home with my family. I am pretty laid back and just love relaxing with family and friends, no matter where we are.
