great caring doctor Would recommend him in a minute

I've been going to Dr. Campbell for many years and he is wonderful; I hope he never leaves this area. I have no desire to change to another doctor.

Dr. Campbell is without a doubt the best physician we have seen. He is somewhat hard to get into lately but if you can wait it is worth it. He listens to the patient and thinks through what you have said. He spends the time needed to be complete with his diagnoses.

We have had a lot of doctors, and they are mostly all very good. If you are looking for a prompt, courteous, accurate, concerned, and patient doctor, then Dr. Campbell is one you should consider.

Nursing staff did not inform me of the of vaccinations and the side effects before administering. I did not receive verbal or written paperwork for appointment and services render. They were very rude and I would not recommend.

Although we generally have liked Dr. Campbell, we have chosen to never go back due to his office staff. His nurse is uncaring, unkind and downright rude. Many times she has told our family, "just go to the emergency room, or just call another doctor". The appointment scheduler has been rude, and his Nurse Kim has a terrible bedside manner. Unfortunately, he has lost a family of seven ever going back.

The office staff seemed quite indifferent, which seems to be the usual nowadays. Handed me my paperwork talked amongst themselves, no please/thank yous or friendly impression. The Dr. was not rude at all but very quite did not ask many?'s wasn't sure if he really cared. May just be his demeanor. The people who did the lab work were just sitting there when I came in and did not even get up when I entered. They asked me "what Dr?" and didn't even turn around to look at me. While one finally got up to take my blood the girl just told him what was needed and then went back to knitting! I mean was I even at a Dr.'s office? I just felt it was so unprofessional, It's sad that it can be such a financial sacrifice to go to the Dr. for your health and this is the service and experience you receive. It was mediocre/bad. I hope someone will make an effort to better customer service and bedside manner.

I haven't gone to Dr Campbell in about 5 years as I moved, but if I were to be back in the area I would love to be his patient again. I have never gone to another doctor that has put in the caring and attention to detail that Dr Campbell has. He is the physician that everyone should strive to be more like.
