I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lambert for my son and the earliest I could get in to see him was 3 months away. Not a deal breaker, must mean he is really good. I took off work the day of the appointment and received 2 confirmation calls from his office prior. We show up at the appointment, in taking nurse starts putting together paperwork, gets my insurance cards, etc. another nurse tells her that Dr. Lambert says he is not seeing new patients today. She looked as frustrated as I was at that point. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. That would be a hard NO! Any medical professional who has such a blatant disregard for his patients is not someone I want my child to see. Very frustrating!
