Dr. Jesse Moss, MD

I went to Dr. Moss complaining of severe hearing loss and a full feeling in my ear. He prescribed anti-biotics for my ear infection, and then later a steroid, and during the third visit he chalked it up to allergies. Fast foward 6 months, still having the same issues, full feeling in my ear, the ear canal is stiff and feels like its swelling shut. I go to another doctor, and within 5 minutes, he tells me I have a cholesteatoma in both ears. The ear that was bothering me is going to require a mastoidectomy, and its too late to save my ossicle bones, as the cholesteatoma has done something to them to where they are damaged. I will need to have a second surgey to rebuild (hopefully) my ear a few months after making sure the disease has been removed and then 2 more surgeries for the other ear. I have to word this last part carefully, I am not a doctor, and I don't know if this being caught earlier would have helped at all, it might have not made a difference at all.… "I" ((((wish))) the cholesteatomas would have been found sooner.

Moss wrote a prescription for my son that he is allergic to. He performed surgery on my sons ears to insert tubes. They were not seated properly and one came out within 2 months. Found that out from another Dr. Because of this negligence my son had a bad reaction to the medication he prescribed and also has a ruptured ear drum resulting from the tube that came out early causing sever infection. All of my sons paperwork including the hospital paperwork states that he is allergic to amoxicillin. Clearly very negligent to not take the time to look at his notes before writing a prescription.

He listened to me, but never examined my tongue which was the problem. My tongue was so irritated, and I had loss of taste. He should have told me at the first appointment he couldn't help me, and it would just take time to heal. But instead I returned for 2 follow-ups unnecessarily. What a waste of time!

Truly demonstrated genuine care & consideration for his patients. Took the time necessary to evaluate & diagnose my upper respiratory problem and treated it correctly the same visit. This doctor is well-versed in all the latest, proven medications & treatments. I was absolutely miserable when I went to see him. He recognized my misery and did everything to comfort me and cure the uncomfortable sinus infection that was the root cause of my conditon. His follow-up and chairside manner was excellent, and this doctor would be my choice based upon the experience that I had under his care. It's rare in today's world to find such a caring, considerate doctor.
