I did not have to wait long when I got to my appointment. I was seen pretty immediately. Everyone was so friendly and nice, from the front desk to Dr. Lapointe. She explained everything and answered my questions. They did a great job at sSabal

Jessi has been my dentist for the past 5 years. She has always been professional, thorough and answers all my questions completely. I have always found her kind and reassuring. She is awesome

This is my son's first real visit to the dentist. He was nervous. Both Dr. Lapointe and her assistant were so nice and patient with him. He had a million questions, but they talked him through everything and answered them all. They made him feel so at ease.

I went in to see Dr. LaPointe for a regular check-up, and she was excellent. She was thorough and very kind. She kept asking if things were all right. I have very sensitive gums, and she was very accommodating, trying out a numbing gel. She checked in constantly and said to let her know if there was any pain and they'd try something else. In addition, the staff were friendly and helpful, and my hygienist was top notch. I definitely would recommend this office.

I went in for two minor fillings. As soon as I got home I realized my inner cheek was bruised and one side of my face was swollen. I was in a lot of pain. I went back and she said I had a hematoma and tmj problem. She gave me pain meds and steroids. She told me she’d check on me the next day. My face is still very swollen and bruised. She never called to check on me as she had promised. Truly disappointed by my treatment and injuries which have never occurred to me even with a past root canal. I believe the block they used to hold my mouth open was placed in my mouth too tightly causing the injury.

Excellent dentist who is extremely caring and gentle. She called me at home to follow up with me to make sure my pain was under control and to ensure that all my needs were met. If she continues to maintain this bedside manner for the duration of her career, she will have a very fruitful life. I highly recommend her.
