Incredibly competent and patient-centered surgeon!

From the first visit to the final visit, I was treated respectfully by Dr. Aronowitz and her staff. She encouraged me to bring questions about the surgery. She replaced both of my shoulders - about a year apart - and I never really experienced any pain. I would call what I experienced as discomfort which eventually went away after physical therapy, but I would not describe what I experienced as pain. It was awkward having to wear a sling and to find a comfortable position in which to sleep, but this healing process was only awkward, not painful. I only took the oxycodone I was prescribed for a few days and then I switched to tylenol and advil. This whole shoulder replacement experience was much, much easier than I anticipated. Thank you so much, Dr. Aronowitz and staff!

Recently underwent left shoulder hemiarthroplasty, and I could not have been in better hands. Dr. Aronowitz, and PA Anna, were the best medical team I've had, which is remarkable given my health history and number of invasive surgeries these past 25 years.
