Great ER Doc would highly recommend. Toon the time to talk about my situation and made me feel comfortable about everything going on.

I went into the Las Colinas hospital over a year ago because I chipped my finger between the middle and it was bleeding. I gave the hospital my insurance information saw a "male" who bandage me and sent me on my way. I get a call months later about a workers comp claim from QuestCare Medical Services which I thought was a scam call because I did not file workers' comp. i hung up on the guy after going back and forth only to get a bill months later and guess what, it was a bill for workers comp. I explained several times that I paid my hospital bill and everything else was paid by my insurance. Tried to send bill to collections until I got a Manager from the Las Colinas billing department so they took it out of collections and agreed to send it through my insurance only to be rejected again and again because they keep trying to file it as workers' comp because according to Quest Care, that's how the Doctor submitted. Only to find out, this Dr. Jessica Baxley was not my doctor. What I'm… being billed for I did not get. No one can contact the doctor because apparently, she floats around different ER's. So I have no choice to get an attorney involved.

I went to the ER for an appendicitis attack. I waited to see Dr Baxley for several hours in excruciating pain, and when I finally saw her she told me she would get me pain medicine immediately. She left the room and never placed the orders. The nurses had to track her down in the hospital to get the order - it took over an hour and a half. THEN SHE DID IT AGAIN A FEW HOURS LATER! When I needed more medicine before my surgery, she again said she would get it for me and then LEFT THE HOSPITAL AND WENT HOME. The nurses looked all over the hospital and finally called her AT HOME to get my orders for medicine. Again, I was left in agony for another couple of hours needlessly because this doc could not follow proper procedure.

Dr. Baxley is a fantastic emergency room doctor. She is friendly, always wearing a smile, compassionate and listens carefully to the patient's answers to her questions and any questions that the patient might have. She is very thorough and helpful in every way.

I loved Dr. Baxley, she was so sweet! She listened and took me seriously.

This woman is awesome. She saw me through a miscarriage and somehow I felt better at leaving the E.R. She seems to really care. It doesn't seem like she's rushing you to get to the next patient. She took the time to make sure I was clear on all information. Excellent Doctor

Dr. Baxley is an excellent Physician, she was concern and very helpfull during my emergency visit for a back injury. She attended to me in between patients in the emergency room while waiting for lab and xray results. With a smile at all times she gave me analysis report of my condition. I was great full of her care to me. She is an outstanding physician.
