Dr. Jessica Jean Collins, DPM

Dr. Collins is the best! She always takes all the time needed to explain everything to me and shows me any x-rays that were done so that I can better understand what she is talking about. We go over all of my options for treatment and helps me to choose what is best for me. I have never felt rushed when seeing her. She is friendly, kind, caring, and I just love seeing her with her bubbly personality. She is very informative and up to date on the latest treatments and techniques. She performed a bunionectomy on my foot and followed up with phone calls to me while recovering to be sure that recovery was going well or if I had any questions. She has a fantastic bedside manner. I have already recommended her to many people and will definitely continue to recommend her to anyone who is in need of a foot & ankle specialist. I am almost sorry that I do not have any other foot or ankle problems so that I have reason to see her more often. She is an amazing person and talented doctor.

This doctor is the kind of doctor they should all be!!! She took her time , explained options, made good recommendations and was thoughtful. I can not imagine what the other review was really about??? A mistake perhaps? I will keep this doc going forward. I wish there were more people like this woman. Ken M

Dr. Collins was very inconsiderate of the wait time for her patients and thought it perfectly fine for everyone to wait an hour for her. I don't feel any doctor is special and I don't appreciate waiting for them. We are their customers and our time should be important to them. When I told her we had waited an hour her response was 'All my patients waited an hour'! Also, she states she will call you and never does. Then it is very hard to get a hold of her. For example she had instructed us she would call when she got the results of the tests which she did not do. After leaving her voice mail and still no response and waiting 4 days we finally got someone to get a hold of her only to find out she was unavailable and was then going on vacation! The reseptionist was nice enough to get a hold of her to get permission for the results to be read to us. I do not work with any doctor who feels we can wait for an hour plus to see them. If you like to wait and have nothing else to… do with your time - she may be a good fit for you!
