I like dr conn as a person even though she didnt value my opinions of how i had bad reactions to meds,all she wsnted ti do was keep me on them even though i was desthly sick on them,theres a few office people and one assistant that are very uncaring and rude.assistant actualky dudnt listen to what i told her and lied on me,i had some serious issue and needed answers to and they refused to give me appt,tthey waited a week before returning my call then i got a letter dropping me as patient.as others have said happened to them.i tried to talk with office manager,they refused ,,apparently their patients mean nothing to them,,this was all uncalled for and they need invesigated.what ever happened to a drs oath to help the sick? This is outragious and pathetic

Discharged me as a patient when I threatened to look for another doctor due to office mistakes with scripts. Took her toys and went home leaving me hanging with some serious health issues. Don't invest your time with this doctor.

I liked Dr Jessica Conn as a doctor. However, I had a terribly difficult time getting prescriptions and tests approved through our insurance in a timely fashion. It frequently took a month or more and I had to make constant calls to make sure things were being followed up on. I made the comment over the phone that if things didn't start improving I would be forced to look for another doctor. The next thing I knew I got a certified letter saying I was dismissed as a patient. I tried to talk to the office manager and tell my side of the issue, to no avail. Dr Conn just took her toys and went home, leaving me without a doctor and some fairly serious health issues.
