Dr. Jessica Lynn Depaepe, MD

Inconsiderate, arrogant, and rude. No follow up after abnormal test results.

I was seen by Dr. Depaepe in Bellevue (not at the Renton location named here) and was impressed by her attention to my concerns and her ability to explain exactly what was going to happen. The tests ordered were appropriate and thorough. She was very kind and articulate, and I never felt rushed. Honestly one of the best ER experiences I've ever had.

Absolute nightmare doctor. Worst bedside manner of any I've ever met. I showed up at the ER in pain, and I left it in exactly as much pain. Very little actual treatment occurred. Also dead-named me and misgendered me. Do not let this doctor take care of you.

Dr. Depaepe is responsible for my 6 year old nephew not having a dad. He died of a blood clot to his heart a day before his birthday, after being released from Valley Medical Center under Dr. Depaepe's care. Tyrell Floyd Sr was a man of God, he had a bible in his car at all times. He loved talk radio and watching UFC fights. He was an avid weightlifter and absolutely adored his son Tyrell Jr. He wasn't a thug, had never been in trouble with the law, didn't drink or smoke. He was a poet and a family man. There was a wrongful death lawsuit that she won because the judge didn't want her kids to go through the financial hardship. What about my nephew? He never got to really know his dad because he was a toddler. You took that away from him! The most disgusting part is that you get to keep practicing. You are a horrible woman and deserve to be in jail

Irresponsible and Unprofessional

Dr. Depaepe has now taken care of 3 generations of our family. We love her!!!!! We always wish she had a private practice and could be our regular doctor.

She was the worst doctor Ive ever had.

Ms.Depaepe ("doctor" says her paperwork) - refused to treat patient in the ER, refused to speak with him. She attempted to prescribe medications that were directly counter-indicated by the patient's condition. I, the wife of patient, had to stop the nurse and alert her to the problem. If you see this woman and are sick, run......

It had been years since we had been to Valley Medical Center, the new building is beautiful! By the time we had given my sons information they got us right back to a room. The nurses were nice and Dr.DePaepe was great. She was so kind to my son and explained everything to us before discharge. Thank you Valley!

I understand that being an ER Doctor has its challenges, but that does not mean that you do not provide a professional and courteous experience for your patients. Dr. Depaepe had the worst bedside manners that I have ever experienced. She failed to explain what test she was having done to me and she failed to explain in depth what she recommended for follow up treatment. When I asked her what to follow up with, she very bluntly stated "it's on your discharge paper work." If you are having a bad day, or you do not care for your work environment, then transfer out or find a different career where you are not required to be courteous and friendly. Try smiling- it can go a long way.
