Dr. D is the best! Been with her around 10 years, and she is very attentive, caring, smart, and knowledgable. She listens for key words while youre speaking to help get to the bottom of your health problem and help you on the road to recovery!! She makes you a part of the plan, not just the patient!!! Love her!!! Plan on staying with her as long as shes in practice!(p.s. i hated doctors til i met Dr. D)

My job told me I needed a letter from a doctor to return to work and sent me to Rush. I had a phone call with Jessica Diethelm that lasted less than 2 min and she was flippant and rude. She literally said "Why would you call a doctor you have never met before, that doesn't make any sense." I don't have a primary care doctor and just needed to get back to work amid the covid craziness. I called my insurance and she charged me for an office visit? I was charged over $200 dollars....

I love Dr. diethelm! Shes sweet, caring, and truely concerned for my well- being, and my husbands. Whatevers going on, she will do whats needed to figure the best way to help make us feel better, and be better. She looks at your face, and listens to you. Shes patient, and treats you with respect and dignity. How she remembers as much as she does about us personally, very impressive! Since ive been with her, ive never regretted it!

I was a patient but not by choice. I would never recommend Dr. Diethelm or her staff to anyone. They caused me more stress than I needed before surgery.
