Dr. Jessica Erdmann-Sager, MD

I am a 2 time breast cancer survivor 3 1/2 years out. This is a doctor I saw as a replacement for my doctor who moved out of state. It was my 1st time consult for my annual visit. She was 60 min late no apologies. Shook my hand, told me to stand looked at the breasts, oh they look great told me to turn the other way and cough. Strong cough so what! I mentioned my pain and dead stare emotionless. Mentioned size difference no comment. I showed spot /discoloration change on boob oh go see dermatologist. See me in two yrs. 5 min consult I don't think so. Fake expressionless non empathetic doctor at Faulkner Hospital.

Highly unprofessional. Behaved as though she was doing me a favor, not like I had paid $125 for the consultation. She was impatient, condescending and spoke with an air of superiority. Seemed annoyed and irritable. Won’t waste my time or money on a doctor who behaves likes this. I suggest you don’t either.

I found my time with Dr. Erdmann Sager uncomfortable. I did not feel that she was listening well or addressing my repeatedly stated questions. I feel that she was impatient and abrupt.

NO bedside manner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't even believe how I was treated by this "doctor", more like a judge! She treated me like I was an outcast and a criminal! I am sorry I stuck with the appt. I understand that certain Dr's have their own ways of doing things BUT, never in my life have I felt so bad!!!! I hope no one else has to be treated this way!

Dr Erdmann-Sager is excellent. You can not be in better hands.
