Jessica is a good listener and keeps good records of previous visits. Reminded me I had complained of symptoms I forgot about. Was prepared for my visit based on what I had expressed previously in the portal and on the phone with the nurse. She must have read those notes before entering the room. So refreshing! Lastly, she took her time to listen, and did not rush me out the door.
