Jessica takes what could be a very nerve wracking and unknown situation and turns it into a professional, calming and extremely informative experience. She takes the time. She asked questions not from a list, but ones specific to you. And when you leave you feel cared for, not because she did her job correctly, but because she genuinely works from her heart through her job, to you. She connects not because she has to but because she wants to and it makes her a better nurse practitioner for it. It’s extremely comforting knowing you have people like that in your corner, who’ve got you and are covering your back end. Quite literally…. ;-)

It was fine. The phone session started on time. Jessica shared information about my disease and supports my journey with cancer which is very important to me.
