Dr. Jessica Starr, MD

The office is impossible to reach and doesn’t treat patients well. I could never reach the PA ever even after calls about violent reaction to a treatment. Couldn’t even get her phone answered by a human until after noon. When someone finally called back at 3 pm, not helpful.

Lots of doctors these days aren?t taking new patients. But what kind of doctor has a secretary calling long-term patients (5 years for me) to tell them to see a nurse practitioner ?going forward' so the doctor can focus on critical patients. She dropped this 70-year-old woman with osteoporosis who requires annual monitoring. Uncaring, disloyal.

In the span of a 5 minute visit, Starr impressed me with her rudeness, racism, and rudimentary knowledge. I had to take off another day of work to make an appointment with another doctor for a second opinion. The other doctor was appalled at Dr. Starr’s evaluation. I don’t know how she’s employed or how she became a doctor. Don’t waste your time.

I scheduled an appointment with this doctor over four months prior and she deleted the appointment when it was finally within a week of happening... despite having gone through the pre-check-in and confirmation of same.
