I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gillespie and her team. From my very first consultation, she took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, all potential risks, and what to expect throughout the process. Even when I was asking a lot of questions and being a bit pushy, she remained patient, professional, and compassionate, making sure I felt fully informed and comfortable with every decision. Her staff is equally amazing. Everyone in the office is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. They helped put me at ease leading up to surgery and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. I was especially grateful for Dr. Gillespie’s follow-up care. Her concern, attentiveness, and willingness to answer questions during recovery meant so much to me. It was clear that she truly cares about her patients and their outcomes. I would highly recommend Dr. Gillespie to anyone considering surgery. The level of care, expertise, and… compassion she and her team provide is exceptional.

I love her usually only sometimes i write outa review more bad then good.. I never been skinny as far as I can remember.. I had weight loss done it in my own n then after a 10 lb baby boy I gain bk 75 lbs then I lost some I had enough.. so I seek out dr Lenny gore to do the gastric by pass sleeve. After losing so much weight I went to his staff they told me boyt wheilhimi he's by far the sweeties man a hugger but my insurance wouldn't cover it the time of his.. Sadden I seeked out jessica. I go to her I live in Jeffersonville 1 hr 35 min drive lol. I thought she had me to wait I didn't the skin issues I have to muxh mentally the skin was to much for me.. I'm so pleased I picked her I'm do happy she put me through this pain.. I cry bc of happiness I cry bc I don't have tonworry bout my health issues I been having.. type 2 diabetes I have cholesterol issue but the skin issues I have I can't thank her enough.. her office is very nice n soothing shedont beat around no bush lol ty Dr… jessica

Absolutely love my results! I had my surgery 12/30/2022 after losing over 100 lbs at 5'2. Everyone heals differently and everyone's body structure is different, so results do vary per person. I have videos on tiktok @alyssagonzalez10 for anyone interested in seeing the journey . Dr.Gillespie went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier!

My experience with Dr. Gillespie far exceeded my expectations. I sought her expertise to correct scarring, muscle damage and misshapen skin from an emergency c-section. From my initial consultation to pre-op, surgery, and post-op visits she thoroughly answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and set realistic expectations for my results and recovery. I am in awe at the results I experienced, and I couldn't be happier. I wish I had done this years ago! I cannot recommend Dr. Gillespie and her fantastic staff highly enough.

In 2013, you operated on me and I've wanted to say thanks. I had a spider bite in 2010 on my lower butt cheek. I named it Gladass; because I so badly wanted a "Happy Bottum". It seem like a forever healing wound. You were willing to operate and findout why it din't heal after 2 1/2 years. After taking out a cyst you seen that it fistulated into my colon. Dr. Ben Tsai finished and operated 2 more times to fix it.

Doctor Gillespie diagnosed my issue timely and performed surgery timely. I am quite happy with her work and her staff.

Dr. Gillespie gave me confidence after the initial diagnosis of breast cancer. She takes her job seriously and I felt that I was important to her not just another patient.
