I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Jessica Guerrero and her entire staff. Dr. Guerrero is caring, professional, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen and answer all questions. She makes her patients feel comfortable and valued during every visit. A special thank you to Rebecca, the medical assistant, for her kindness, patience, and excellent care. Laura and Gaby at the front desk are always friendly, welcoming, and professional (They speak Spanish and English ). They make the check-in process smooth and are always willing to help with a smile. The entire office provides exceptional customer service and creates a warm, positive environment. I highly recommend Dr. Jessica Guerrero and her wonderful team to anyone looking for outstanding OB/GYN care. Thank you all for your dedication and excellent service! Dr Guerrero was vey nice she explained everything to me and answered my questions I am very grateful for her and I know I trust her to take good care of me she seems very professional.

Guerrero and the hateful nurse that assisted. I regret not reading the reviews before I made my appointment. If you experience something wrong in your appointment that made you feel terrible afterwards, please don't hesitate to call the police it should have been my first step. Then reach out to the Texas medical board to file a complaint. Don't expect empathy or real consideration. They only side up with the doctors. This step is in efforts to begin to have a paper trail started. Next find an attorney and hold this individual accountable for her actions. Be safe out there everyone.

I felt extremely comfortable the Dr was very patient at going over everything . Didn't feel rushed , she actively listened and answered all my questions .

Very good doctor

Horrible bedside manners, rude, seems to only care about money and what's best for her and not for her patient. If you have a high risk pregnancy STAY AWAY and save yourself from a nightmare. I would never recommend. Thanks to her I would never want to have another pregnancy because of the fear of having another doctor like her on my delivery.

I saw Dr Guerrero for about a yr before I asked her to help me get pregnant as I had PCOS and didn’t ovulate on my own. She told me she wouldn’t and if I did get pregnant she would drop me as a patient because I would be considered high risk. I was 230 lbs and she told me it was ‘irresponsible’ to have a baby…as she had just had a baby and was well over 200 lbs herself. I moved and had no issues finding a GROUP of doctors who not only helped me get pregnant but encouraged it and uplifted me my whole pregnancy and postpartum journey. I’d steer very clear of this doctor. She’s judgmental and hypocritical. She only wants skinny easy patients.

I had to switch Obgyn’s due to insurance change and I did not know where to look or even start looking so I searched in my area and Dr Guerrero popped up I made an appointment for an annual exam. I was able to get in soon she had plenty of availability all the staff was very helpful and nice with me being a new patient answered all my questions. Dr Guerrero was also nice and very informative. I am overall pleased with my visit.
